Turbon USA Inc. (Turbon) guarantees that our products are free from manufacturing defects for a period of two years from the date of shipment by Turbon and shall fit and perform in their intended printer equipment. Any product found to be defective within such period will be replaced or the purchase price for the product will be refunded at our discretion.

     Turbon further warrants that our products will not cause damage to their intended printer equipment. If you believe that a product manufactured by Turbon has caused damage to your printer, you may request reimbursement of the reasonable costs of repair. Reimbursement will only occur after we receive (i) the defective product in question, (ii) a written statement from an authorized printer service company detailing the problem and stating that our product was the sole cause of damage and (iii) an invoice from such service company.

     Turbon’s liability shall be limited to replacement or reimbursement as stated above. This warranty is exclusive and in lieu of all other warranties, expressed or implied, including warranties of merchantability and fitness for a particular purpose, all of which are expressly disclaimed. Except as provided herein, Turbon assumes no liability whatsoever for incidental or consequential damage that may arise from the use of the products we sell.
